About the Programs
The full yoga for freediving program contains six yoga-based freediving courses,each will be bringing you around two hours worth of advice, exercises, techniques and meditations to help you tackle what we consider to be the six crucial aspects of freediving as a spiritual journey:

Success and Failure
Training and Performance
Energy Beyond Breath
Pre-Dive Preparation
you will be expected to participate all of those yoga skills or practices when you join our club!
